Alteration or Upgrades:
If these alterations occurs after the 1 Month Limited Warranty are subject as follow:
• All alterations based on text will be made within 48hs after we received all information.
• All alterations based on graphic without animation will be posted on site within 72hs after we received all material.
• All alterations based on graphic with animation will be posted on site within 5 business days after we received all material.
• For the Pay per insertion’s program: All graphic alterations, requested to be made, will be checked if they were part of the original project. If any alterations, change any part of the original project’s page layout (not content), these alterations will be treated as an upgrade or a new layout and a fee of $40 hourly will be charged for each upgrade.
• For the monthly maintenance program: All graphic alterations, requested to be made, will be checked if they were part of the original project. If any alterations, change any part of the original project’s page layout (not content), these alterations will be treated as an upgrade or a new layout and a fee of $20 hourly will be charged for each upgrade.
